Subscription Terms

The short version: JOYMAX VIP is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your app store. It renews until you cancel, and you cancel in your device's store settings — not by deleting the app. The details, in plain language, are below.
1. VIP plans & pricing
JOYMAX VIP unlocks all premium episodes and removes ads while your subscription is active. Current plans:
- Weekly VIP — [PRICE, e.g. $4.99] per week, billed every week.
- Monthly VIP — [PRICE, e.g. $14.99] per month, billed every month.
- Yearly VIP — [PRICE, e.g. $99.99] per year, billed every year.
Exact prices are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may vary by country and currency. The price displayed in your app store at checkout is the price you will be charged.
2. Auto-renewal
- Every VIP plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) until you cancel.
- Your app store account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- After cancelling, you keep VIP access until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. How payment works
Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase. JOYMAX never sees or stores your card details. Your subscription is tied to the store account you purchased with, so manage it from that same account.
4. Free trials & intro offers
Some plans may include a free trial or introductory price (e.g. [TRIAL LENGTH, e.g. 7 days] free). If offered:
- the trial converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription at the standard price when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends;
- any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription;
- trials are limited to one per user unless stated otherwise.
5. How to cancel on iPhone / iPad
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap JOYMAX.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also cancel via the App Store app: tap your profile photo → Subscriptions → JOYMAX. If you don’t see a Cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled and won’t renew.
6. How to cancel on Android
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap JOYMAX.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
You can also manage it on the web at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Important (both platforms): deleting the JOYMAX app or deleting your JOYMAX account does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel it in the store as described above.
7. Coins (one-time unlocks)
Coins are one-time, consumable purchases used to unlock individual premium episodes without a subscription. Coins are not a subscription and do not renew. They have no cash value, are non-refundable except where required by law or store policy, and expire if your account is deleted.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, under their policies: Apple users can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play users can request one from their Play order history or Google Play support. JOYMAX cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases.
